There are some great places to eat close by: a delicious restaurant across the street, and another up the main avenue serving enormous portions of pasta. Be sure to visit the nearby parks. I really enjoyed my stay, especially the location. There are no tourists around; it feels like a neighborhood of locals, with grit, personality, and wild parrots. The room was very clean. The shower ran out of hot water, but in the hot weather lukewarm water wasn't unwelcome. I was surprised it wasn't noisy or busy inside with the other residents during my two nights. The breakfast kitchen setup works decently if you only need something quick, but the space is super European small. You could go to the local cafés nearby instead. At least there's a nice refrigerator where you can keep things cold. The subway is directly down the hill.

The neighborhood is great, and the spacious, very clean, comfortable apartment is just 40 meters from the subway. It's a four-bedroom, three-bathroom place. Lovely people took care of cleaning and breakfast for our big family of 10, so many thanks to Marco and Lidia. Gianni responded promptly and made my family and me feel really welcome in Rome. I warmly recommend Coffee and the City B&B to everyone. We'll be back soon. Best wishes from Roxana Lykke Jørgensen and the rest of the family 🇩🇰

The host was amazing, the room was lovely, breakfast was very good, and the location was great. Parking too. Highly recommended.

We were really happy with our stay. The owner was kind and polite, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. It’s also very close to the metro, which made getting into the city center easy.

A beautiful, fantastic place to stay. Just be prepared to share the toilet.
