La Casa Dellarte

We stayed three nights, and this guesthouse worked perfectly for us. The location is good, just two minutes from Termini station, with lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of breakfast options, though breakfast isn’t included. It has six rooms on the fifth floor of a typical Roma building. You receive a pin code by email or message to get into the building the first time, then get a key at check-in. There’s a small elevator. Our room fit three people, with one double bed and one single; the bathroom was a good size, clean, and had a shower. The place was clean, the owners were very friendly, and they made the beds every day. There’s also a basic coffee machine and microwave in the hallway. It’s a guesthouse, so don’t expect a fancy hotel.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel is close to Termini station. Our room wasn’t very big, but it was fine for the price. The blanket cover smelled bad and didn’t seem very clean, which bothered me. Apart from that, the service was good and I was satisfied.

The location is the only good thing about this place, just two minutes from Roma Termini. Everything else left me with terrible memories. Things in the room were broken, there was no hot water and no warning about that on booking, the hair dryer was broken, and the room was dirty. I can’t understand why it gets such good reviews on Google and booking. Please don’t waste your money here, choose somewhere better.

The room was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly. Termini station is very close, and you can walk to all the attractions. Check-in was easy, and we were able to check in early because the receptionist told us exactly when the room would be ready. Checking out early in the morning was simple too. Very satisfying, I’d definitely recommend it and come back whenever I visit Rome.
