The location made getting around Rome easy: the flat is right by a metro station and one minute from Piazza del Popolo, close to the major sights. We also appreciated the host helping us store our luggage on our last day, which made leaving much easier. One thing to remember: take the small physical key for the building entrance when you go out, since the entrance is locked at night even though there’s app access. The apartment itself is spacious, charming, and recently renovated. The building feels fresh and well maintained, with a smart entrance and a concierge. Access to both the building and flat is managed through a mobile app, with no physical keys for those entries. Inside, there are two bathrooms and a kitchen that doubles as a comfortable living area. Everything we needed was provided.

Cafés, restaurants, and shops were all close by, and the metro station right outside made getting around really easy. The apartment was spotless, and the location felt excellent and safe. Highly recommended!

The location is awesome, and the owner is a really nice man. Francesco came by with helpful suggestions for restaurants and things to explore. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Rome.

Getting around was easy from this excellent spot opposite Piazza del Popolo, with all the sights walkable. Francesco was courteous and kind, and found a solution for every request. The property is truly clean and comfortable, with clean-lined wooden furniture and an industrial look. There’s an open wardrobe, extra suitcase storage, and a counter set up for coffee or herbal tea, plus a fridge with cold water, welcome on hot days. The bed had crisp sheets and two pillows and was very comfortable. The spacious bathroom has a modern shower and complimentary toiletries. Self check-in and check-out and luggage storage were convenient. The service was excellent, and we really appreciated Francesco’s availability and courtesy. We highly recommend it.
