We were welcomed in person and shown around the apartment. The person who greeted us explained everything clearly and patiently, and communication had been impeccable from the start. When transport problems delayed our arrival, the host understood and waited for us. The apartment was spacious and well laid out, with comfortable beds, a spotless modern bathroom, and everything we needed. It was very clean, fresh-smelling, and well maintained. Little touches like the lighting, organization, and pleasant atmosphere made it comfortable to come back and rest after a day in Rome. The care they took with guests really stood out. Excellent stay, and I highly recommend it.
