We loved looking out at the piazza from the window, and there were lots of nice restaurants nearby, making evenings easy to enjoy. It’s a great base for exploring Rome, with the Colosseum and other sights just a short walk away.

The check-in was a hassle, and I’ll never go back. There was no information at the hotel saying we had to check in at a different hotel before doing self check-in. We waited outside for two hours until a neighbor explained the process. We had to search through the reviews to find the other hotel’s name. They should make this clear in bold letters. Instead, the staff argued and showed me an email where it was mentioned in one small line under important information, visible only if you click on it. The hotel itself was very old, and it was the worst experience.

We had a really pleasant stay, and the price felt fair. The room was comfortable, with a kitchenette, and we could see the Colosseum through the window. Thanks for everything.

There was old food left in the fridge, and the door frames were coming apart. Getting in and out was a bit awkward, and check-in and check-out took place at another address.

Eddie, who helped us as the customer service contact, was kind and helpful. The place itself felt modern and was very clean.
