The issue for me wasn't the no-cancellation policy, but the lack of communication and professionalism. There was a mix-up with my travel group, so I thought we didn't have a place for the night and quickly booked here. Ten minutes later, I realized we did have accommodation and sent a cancellation request. I tried multiple messages over 15 hours and called, but got no answer. When I finally heard back, they denied the request without any further message from the owner. I wish I'd read more reviews before booking. The customer service was terrible.

Trevi Fountain is a three-minute walk away, and Barberini metro station is about ten minutes on foot, so the location is great for the touristy Trevi area. The room was comfortable and fairly spacious, with a clean, modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. There’s a full-length window, though the view is mostly the back of another building. Good value for the money.

We spent four nights here, and the stay could have been better. The man who showed us the room was helpful, and the room itself smelled clean, but there was an odd, unpleasant smell from the bathroom sink that got annoying. The window was broken and very difficult to open. There were cobwebs on the wooden section above the bed. Otherwise, it was average, and I wouldn’t choose it again.

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the sheets, and the towels weren't changed. It didn't feel like a place where you could sleep comfortably, and it made the trip less pleasant. I think there are better options in the historic center for a lower price.
