Nice services and a reasonable price. Good location, though there's no breakfast.

The room was really nice and clean, the location is good, and the staff were helpful, even if their Italian wasn't exactly fluent. Guests can use the fridge, kitchen, and coffee machine in the shared area. My only possible complaint is the building itself. From our window, at least in our room, we could see into everyone's homes and smell what they were cooking.

The owner was very helpful, though he speaks little Italian. This is a beautiful, well-kept B&B in central Rome and close to the main bus lines. The musty smell throughout the place, especially in the room and bathroom, was a shame.

The place is in a part of Rome well served by public transportation and close to shops. The room is bright and spacious, with a clean bathroom and amenities, Wi-Fi, TV, and a refrigerator. In the shared kitchen, you can make coffee or tea or prepare your own meals. The balcony is airy and comfortable, with a table and chairs.
