We loved the rooftop terrace, and the manager was really friendly and helpful. Most of Rome's highlights are an easy walk away. A great room and a great spot for experiencing Rome. Totally recommended.

We were greeted with a welcome kit of wine and chocolate because I'd mentioned before check-in that it was our anniversary trip. My wife was delighted. The staff were friendly and showed us everything, even how to open and close the curtain. Our room was spacious, with a huge, nicely decorated deck. The next morning, there was an amazing amount of food on the table, just for my family. Breakfast in a penthouse in the heart of Rome was fantastic. The location made exploring easy: Castel Sant'Angelo was a five-minute walk, the Vatican ten, the Spanish Steps eight, and the Pantheon ten. The Colosseum took about half an hour on foot, but there were lots of sights along the way, so it was a fun walk. You can also catch the Metro at the Spanish Steps. The owners are a lovely young couple who take good care of you. There are only two rooms, so book early before someone else gets one. This is the best B&B we've ever stayed in.

The location was perfect, and Alex on the staff was really helpful. I wasn't as happy with the room's cleanliness, though. The bed sheets were a bit dirty.
