The location made sightseeing on foot easy, and there’s a supermarket and two lovely patisseries right next door. We were surprised in the best way when we arrived: the apartment was spotless and so neat, with a bottle of water left as a gift. Our own apartment, D, even had Dove shampoo in the shower. The shared kitchen had everything we needed, including a toaster, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Getting in was straightforward thanks to detailed instructions with photos for the front door and keys, even though there wasn’t an in-person greeting. Excellent value for this lovely place in central Rome. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night, but it was still a wonderful experience. The room was tidy and clean when we arrived, and the air conditioning was a real help in Rome’s summer heat. I was sent full instructions for opening the door and getting the keys. It was even better than we expected. We’d definitely recommend it.

The apartment matched the listing, and it was perfectly clean with really comfortable beds. Our host was friendly and always available. We could walk from the train station and reach all the attractions on foot. The bakery right outside the door was a favorite.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the private bathroom was bigger than I expected. We got to Roma before check-in, but after checking that the room was available, the host kindly let us leave our luggage early. We really appreciated the friendly service and would stay here again on another visit to Roma.

We were very happy with our stay at Colosseum Luxury Guest House. The room was spacious and had its own bathroom, and the place felt cozy. It’s a short walk, about eight minutes, to both Termini and the Colosseum. Seems like a good fit for a short or longer stay. My wife and I strongly recommend it!
