Breakfast on the beautiful rooftop, with views of the Colosseum, was top notch and had so many delicious choices. The staff, including the front desk team, were all incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the thoughtful extras made our honeymoon feel special: postcards to take home, plus a complimentary bottle of champagne and treats. This was our favorite hotel of the whole Italy trip. We still think about it and can't wait to return.

The rooms were spacious, and the service was warm and excellent. Breakfast was delicious. I did wish there had been a desk in the room, though. I also kept hearing a noise like metal pipes falling for several minutes, and two fire alarms were pulled. We were told it wasn't important. I'm sure it was a one-off, but it was still part of our stay.

The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the location worked perfectly for us. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. A special thank you to the breakfast staff, especially Samy and Liviu. They were so warm, kind, and welcoming, and made us feel at home. Thanks to them, our mornings began with a smile. We loved the clean, quiet, comfortable room, and the hotel has a luxurious feel despite being a boutique place. The staff were consistently helpful and professional, and spoke fluent English. The rooftop restaurant was cozy, the food was delicious, and the crew were wonderfully nice. Being part of the BZAR chain also meant we could join the BZAR experience: guided tours, a tiramisu workshop, a guided vintage clothing shopping trip, and more. Don't miss these. If you happen to see Virgilio, please give him my regards. This is the best hotel we've stayed at in Rome, maybe all of Italy. I've already recommended it to friends and family.
