The location was a real plus: close to the Spanish Steps, a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spagna Metro station, with good restaurants on the same street, including a couple of places with gluten-free options. The room was serviced daily, with fresh sheets and towels. There was also a cute little courtyard, and opening the patio door let in some cool air. But the room was so small that two people couldn't walk between the bed and the wall. The mattress was very hard, the pillows were either too flat or too high when doubled up, and the air conditioning didn't work, so it was roasting at night. Outside noise through the open door was too loud to sleep. For the first time on a holiday, we dreaded going back to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing.

A couple of drawbacks: breakfast isn't included, and the central spot can get noisy at times. Still, Hotel Condotti was a delightful choice. The reception staff were friendly and ready to help, and the rooms were cozy, clean, and well cared for. All the major sights are within walking distance, and there are lots of boutiques and shops close by, which makes it handy for shopping as well as exploring Rome.

This is our favorite of the hotels we've tried in Rome, and we'll definitely come back. The hotel is gorgeous, with a beautiful lobby, garden terrace, large stunning rooms, and a cute patio at the front of the lobby where they serve wonderful drinks. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The location is perfect for walking to nearby sights, with plenty of nice restaurants and shops just steps away.

The room was clean and tidy, and a very sweet woman was at reception. They later helped us arrange a taxi to the airport and kept our luggage until we left. The hotel is very centrally located, just three minutes from the Spanish Steps and the main shopping street, with lots of bars and shops right outside.

The location is especially convenient, with most attractions within walking distance. The area is lovely and feels very safe. We had a fantastic, quiet, well-furnished room, and the staff were welcoming and eager to make us comfortable. Our stay at Condotti Palace was wonderful in every way. We're very grateful and will definitely visit again.
