There’s a bus stop close by, and it’s easy enough to get around from here. The Vatican is nearby, though still a long walk, so I wouldn’t call the location ideal. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and comfortable too, but there’s some noise from the lively area.
The neighborhood stays quiet even though it’s near central Rome, and the metro and buses make it easy to explore. Our room was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was really helpful at check-in and whenever we had questions, and even suggested museums and restaurants nearby. We’d happily come back.
We’ve stayed here twice now. Eleonora made the booking straightforward, had the room ready for us, and shared useful information about the area. Thanks for being so welcoming, we’ll definitely return :)
The apartment was clean, and the hotel was nice. The hostess was friendly and really helpful.
Calling this a hotel makes me wonder if the person using that word has ever stayed in one. It’s a private apartment in a condominium. Staying in Rome and spending the night at PIAZZA IRNRIO was unpleasant. It’s on the outskirts, in a dirty, run-down part of the city, with honking, traffic, rubbish, and smog in the air. The hot water was also a problem. It’s shameful that people are turning their homes into B&Bs and driving residents out of neighborhoods. Minimal doesn’t mean just adapting your own home into a guest room. Maybe it works for people going to the Idi hospital, but for a holiday there’s the CENTRO. What a horror, the people who took advantage of the Jubilee, and those who let them do it made it even worse.
