Cozy Aurea - My Extra Home

The host seemed completely unfazed by our complaints and said we wouldn't get our money back. We left and found a hotel closer to the center, with all the facilities, for considerably less. This place felt like a rip-off. We never met the host. Instead, while in the airport taxi, we had to follow complicated instructions passed through the driver's phone to get into the apartment. The lift was broken, so we carried our bags up three flights of stone stairs. There were no proper facilities, no dishes or cutlery, and no chairs inside. The only seats were metal chairs on the balcony, which seemed to be the smoking area, judging by the dirty ashtrays on the tables. The kettle didn't work. When we called, the host said it was broken and that using it would have cost extra if it had worked. The bed was the only thing that looked like the photos. Everything else looked dull, shabby, and dated.
