Gerald made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He was kind and personable, called taxis for us, and even carried our luggage to our room. That care was a big part of an effortless, wonderful stay, and we’ll come back to Rome and stay here again without hesitation. The suite was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks. The L’Occitane toiletries were a lovely extra. The hotel is right in the city center, close to everything, with shops and cafes just steps away. We walked everywhere and always felt safe, yet the room was peaceful.

The guest house and rooms were wonderful, and the location couldn’t be better. Crossing Condotti went beyond what we expected. Gerald really makes the place with his wit, kindness, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Gerald sorted out the hot water as soon as we told him it wasn’t working right. We also left our neck pillows behind, and he kept them safe while we traveled around Italy so we could collect them on our last night. The room fit our family of three well, and the location was central. We’d recommend it.

When we got home, I realized I’d accidentally thrown away a small designer scarf in its little box with the trash. I emailed Crossing Condotti, not really expecting it to turn up, but Gérald from management quickly got back to me. He’d found it, kept it safe, and offered to send it. The package arrived a few days later, and I’m so grateful to Gérald and the team for being so honest and thoughtful. The hotel itself is tucked just steps from the Spanish Steps, with high-end boutiques all around, and the rooms are modern and beautifully designed. A hidden gem in the heart of Rome. Grazie!

Gérald made our stay feel personal, with thoughtful recommendations and such gracious attention. He even helped make our milestone birthday celebration extra special, which we really appreciated. The hotel is steps from the Spanish Steps, close to restaurants, shops, and historic sights, yet inside it felt peaceful and safe. Antique furnishings and fine art give it a warm, carefully put-together feel, with modern comfort too. We felt cared for and at ease from the moment we arrived. Crossing Condotti is intimate, beautifully designed, and run with heart. We can’t wait to come back.
