Breakfast was one of the biggest surprises. It was generous, varied, and customizable, with options from different categories, and everything we tried was tasty, filling, and made with quality ingredients. They brought it right to our room at the morning time we chose. Even after reading the reviews, we hadn't expected it to be this good. We also appreciated that staff sort and recycle the waste from the rooms. Caring about the environment matters to us. Maricar, Karla and Natacha were warm, kind hosts who listened and paid attention to little details. It was clear they wanted us to feel comfortable, and they were very generous. The place itself is cozy, attractive, and thoughtfully equipped, with nice towels, slippers, and bathroom supplies. Everything was very clean from the moment we arrived, especially the floors, and daily cleaning was a welcome surprise. The free mini-bar and coffee were replenished every day, too. We chose it because of the reviews, and it went beyond what we expected. A real gem that we'd happily recommend.

The room was clean and really nice, the service was friendly, and breakfast was great. There were cold drinks available for free, too. Many thanks to Ms. Natasha for being so helpful and friendly. We'll be back.

They even put together provisions for us when an early airport departure meant we couldn't have breakfast on the last day. Those little touches make a big difference. The service was charming, with help whenever we had a problem, delicious breakfasts, and lots of smiles and kindness. We couldn't have asked for more. The location is very good, about 5 minutes from the subway, and the rooms were neat and very clean. ☺️

We loved the balcony view, which was truly Instagram-worthy, and the apartment is in a quiet area. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the metro, and a great fit for a couple. Cuma Suites was spotless, and breakfast had a good range, including croissants, cereals, fruit salad, yogurt, and delicious coffee. Maricar and Karla were welcoming and made our stay a pleasure. We definitely plan to return on our next visit to Rome!

We arrived to find water in the fridge, a mini prosecco, and a gorgeous cake. The hosts also made us a breakfast pack at no extra charge for our day trip to Florence. They're lovely people who go out of their way to help, keep the place spotless, and answer any questions. Our room was spacious, had everything we needed for a short stay, and included a gorgeous balcony and a modern bathroom. The location is handy for the Metro and buses, and there's a great restaurant around the corner called Shooters, which we'd recommend. When we come back to Rome, this will be the first place we look for. They really do go above and beyond.
