The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and I had a wonderful two-night stay in a triple room. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The room had air conditioning, a TV, a fridge stocked with plenty of water and juice, plus a kettle and coffee machine with pods and a few snacks.

I didn't like the neighborhood, and the house had terrible soundproofing.

What made the stay for me was the owner's hospitality, how helpful they were, and the cleanliness. They waited for me at check-in and were there for any questions or concerns. My room was spacious, spotless, quiet, and air-conditioned, with a private bathroom outside the room and everything I needed for breakfast. It felt like sleeping at home. I was in the area for work, but it's also convenient for tourist spots, with bus stops close by and Metro B a few hundred meters away. There are bars, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets within 500 meters. I'd definitely come back.
