The location was the one good thing for me. Breakfast was so limited that I only ate there the first morning. The room was tiny, and the curtains and wallpaper looked badly dated. The whole hotel could use a major makeover.

We booked this for my birthday and were very disappointed to find the room was dark, dingy, and had no air. Scaffolding covered the whole building and blocked all daylight from the rooms at the front. I asked about moving, but was told every front room was the same. They’d asked about our bedroom preference, yet neither the booking information nor the follow-up emails mentioned the construction or loss of light.

The Metro and Colesseum are both within a five-minute walk, so getting around was easy. Our room had a charming feel that made it seem like we were in Europe, and the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was basically one croissant, with hardly any choice for a proper meal. The room was very narrow, smelled old, and didn’t look like the photos. For me, this place didn’t feel worthy of three stars.

Fantastic location!!! The room was tiny and had no AC. It’s good value if all you need is a bed.
