The apartment has a cozy, stylish feel. We shared the kitchen and living room with guests from two other rooms, but still felt like we had privacy. I especially liked the breakfast treats left in the living room. Claudio was so kind, and even sent us a gift for our couple anniversary. Buses and the subway are close, and you can walk to the Vatican if that’s your kind of outing. I’d recommend this place wholeheartedly. I was also surprised it had only a couple of reviews.

We visited in January and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had all the comforts we needed, including a mini-fridge, radiators, and Smart TV. Mr. Claudio was incredibly helpful and kind, and did his best to accommodate every request. We got around Rome by bus, though the metro is close too. If we come back to Rome, we’d definitely stay at Anastasio Vatican Rooms again. I’d give it 1,000 stars if I could.

Claudio was incredibly kind and helpful, and the service was outstanding. Everything was spotless, and we were very comfortable in this three-bedroom apartment, where the living and dining room and kitchen are shared. Our bedroom had its own kettle and small fridge, and there was a bigger fridge outside as well. The Vatican area is around a 10-minute bus ride away, with supermarkets nearby. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars.

A beautiful, recently updated place with excellent cleanliness. It’s comfortable and well-conditioned, and the location near St. Peter’s is ideal. The owner was professional and very helpful.
