4/10
The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but the stay had several problems. Water pressure was poor, and the water went off every night, which seemed related to the building’s age. The furniture needs updating, the beds weren’t comfortable, and the sheets and towels felt below average. I also had concerns about cleanliness. I’d look at other places until these issues are improved.

We were without water in the evenings, and the staff didn’t do anything to fix it. The apartment building seems to have a serious water supply problem. I wouldn’t stay here, and would choose somewhere else.

There was constantly no water in the apartment, and reception didn’t want to help. These apartments were terrible.

A great base for enjoying Rome away from the tourist areas. Stay local and enjoy it!

The owner isn’t willing to help at all. Choose somewhere else and save yourself time and money later.
