We stayed for three nights at the height of summer with our family of four. It's a little cramped, but well equipped and fine if, like us, you'll spend most of your time out exploring Rome. The location is perfect, with everything close by. The main drawback is the heat on warm days: there's AC only in the bedroom, and it just about manages. Even so, it's a really good option right in the city center.

We enjoyed the comfortable place and its nice view. The location is excellent, and it's a 30 minute walk from the train and bus station.

I've never stayed somewhere so bad or so demanding. The rooms were cold because the air conditioning wouldn't heat, and communication was awful. Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and the shower only ran for a limited time. On the last day, we got just five minutes of water. The pillows were dirty too. Just awful. Do yourself a favor and don't book here.

The apartment was adequate, though not perfectly maintained, but getting there means climbing four flights of stairs, so it's not a good choice with lots of luggage. There were four of us for four days, and they left only two rolls of toilet paper. Check-in was meant to be at 2:30 PM, but we were told 3:00 PM, even though they did let us in at 2:30 PM. We asked to check out at 11:00 AM, just an hour later than allowed, and they said no. It was also hard to reach the operator. The location is excellent, but I wouldn't choose this place again.

There was mold in the room, and we were charged the tourist tax twice. They never refunded it or even answered our calls. Beware!
