Deko Rome

The shower didn’t drain properly, so water collected around my feet, and the AC was loud all day and night. Turning it off didn’t stop the noise. When I complained, someone from the hotel came right away, then a technician arrived a couple of hours later. They said nothing was wrong and that all the rooms have loud AC units. Even with those issues, I’d still recommend it for the price. The location by Via Veneto and Villa Borghese is great, service was fantastic, and the remodeled rooms were clean. It was much better value than hotels of similar quality.

The staff really know their stuff and care about their guests. They gave us a full map of attractions and local food, and I’d love to visit again. My stay felt like being with family. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the hospitality was wonderful. The hotel is next to the police station and the US embassy. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

The team at Deko were always ready to help, whether it was arranging a taxi, getting tickets for attractions, or just listening to our stories over wine or cappuccino. They even offered us an umbrella before we headed out on the rainy day. Our room was cleaned daily, and breakfast was waiting for us each morning. It’s peaceful at night, and I felt completely safe between the US Embassy and the local police station. Major sights are a 10 to 45-minute walk away, depending on where you’re going. There’s also a taxi stand right outside, with rides costing up to €15. I’ve usually stayed in traditional hotels or AirBnB’s, but Deko gave me more for the money and a better experience than I was used to. The contemporary design, cleanliness, value, and service were all incredible. It felt like staying with friends abroad, and it’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I’d highly recommend staying at Deko Rome when visiting Rome, Italy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the location made it easy to walk to Termini Station, the metro, or a taxi. The hotel owner was very nice and helpful. Thank you for the great hospitality.
