The location really saves this place. It's close to bus stops and a short walk from Roma Termini, making it easy to explore Rome. Breakfast is decent, nothing fancy, with a small selection, but fine to start the day. The hotel itself is dark, aged, and maze-like, with a vampire gothic manor feel rather than the boutique Roman charm shown in the photos. Getting to our room felt like an adventure, and I nearly wanted to leave breadcrumbs. At breakfast, one staff member looked just like Edna Mode from The Incredibles. No capes, and no choosing where you sit, either. She WILL move you without hesitation. Iconic, honestly. And to whoever lady(looked like Laura Pausini with brackets) worked the night shift of 10/20/25 and checked us in, you are a doll. Thank you! Would I come back? Probably not for the ambiance, though the location's hard to beat. Go in knowing what to expect and you'll survive, unlike the guests in whatever gothic novel this place belongs in.

At first, the mix of very good and very bad reviews around Rome made it hard to choose this hotel, but we're so glad we did. It exceeded our expectations. The staff were lovely, the prices fair, and the atmosphere pleasant. Wonderful value for money.

I love the vibe here, it's charming and rustic, with a totally European and authentic feel. It could use some updating in places, but the fact it's half hotel and half apartments isn't a deal breaker. The room had a large wardrobe, a small fridge, which you don't really get in Europe these days, and a nice heater that was perfect for cold spring nights. Breakfast was awesome, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Get breakfast included! The location is great, within walking distance of everything. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks!

We arrived before our scheduled check-in, but the room was already ready for us. The rooms are big and have all modern amenities, and the food was nice. Reception staff were very polite and helpful, and you can ask them any questions about sightseeing in Rome. The hotel is very nice and close to Rome termini station. I recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Room 124 was comfortable and suited our needs for the visit. The bed was comfortable, there was reliable hot water, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Being near the railway station made the location convenient. It served the purpose of our stay.
