Parking was a huge hassle to find, although that wasn't the property's fault. The location itself is very good, close to everything and to the nearby metro. My room was on the small side, but new, cozy, and quite nice. The bathroom was larger than what you usually get in budget hotels, and sometimes even elsewhere. I rated it four rather than five because Booking.com lists it as a hotel, yet they only clean the room and make the bed, without changing the towels.
