The room was set up with the basics, and breakfast was left there, which suited me since I had to head out early. The bathroom wasn't especially large, but it was perfectly adequate. The lady was kind and helpful, and the self check-in worked smoothly even though she wasn't there in person. I'd recommend it.

We booked a night a month ahead because we were coming to Rome for a concert and needed somewhere that would accept our small dog. Two days before we left, they emailed to say they could no longer host us and the dog. When we called, the woman was rude and asked, “Does the dog have to come? You can't leave him at home... he has a visit to Rome?” We requested a refund, and suddenly she said rooms were available, but that we couldn't leave the dog alone. That condition hadn't been mentioned in the earlier email, even though we'd specifically asked about bringing him and had been told it was fine, with just a €15 supplement. We couldn't take him to the concert, so we agreed they would refund half the amount. Despite several reminders, the money still hasn't arrived.

The woman was very kind, but the location left a lot to be desired. I expected shower gel, a bar of soap, a hairdryer and, above all, a bottle of water. On Easter morning, thank goodness the Chinese shop saved me from having to buy those things.

The owner was nice and helpful when she registered us, but after that we didn't see her again. I liked little else. The place was a renovated workers' hostel on the outskirts, and our small room didn't look like the photos. It had a bed that was presented as a double, plus an extra bunk bed. The included “breakfast” was a croissant, a biscuit, tea and coffee. The walls were dirty and there was no air conditioning. The boiler was broken, so we had no hot water; they promised to fix it, but it was still broken 24 hours later. Maybe it works if all you want is a cheap bed for the night, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.
