I booked through Booking.com after finding a promotional rate that looked very attractive. The hotel then cancelled my reservation, saying my payment card was “invalid.” That wasn’t true; the card works perfectly well. I found this dishonest and damaging to my trust in the establishment. If they handle reservations this way, it’s hard to know how they treat guests during their stay. I strongly advise against booking here if you care about professionalism and fair treatment.

This was the worst experience I’ve had staying somewhere. The owner was unprofessional and behaved badly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even at the lowest rates.

The service has become very poor. It used to be good.

We needed to get to a clinic for a medical appointment, and it was easy to reach from Ecolodge. The location is really convenient, and it’s a quiet place to stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. This B&B is simply excellent, and we’d highly recommend it.
