Hotel Eden - Dorchester Collection

The service made this hotel so special. From arrival and check-in to the restaurant and concierge, the staff were immaculate. Anna at reception kindly helped us find the right room, and staff checked in while we were settling in. We were even welcomed with prosecco and macaroons. Antonio, Ana, and Ariano at the concierge desk got us into top venues and found us a classy scooter hire. Michele at the rooftop bar and restaurant went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. We’ve never experienced service like this in Europe, not even in Asia. Highly, highly recommended, and we’ll return. We chose it because of the Emily in Paris Show. We had avoided the Dorchester Hotel in London because it seemed too dainty and old-fashioned, but this Dorchester collection hotel is in a league of its own. The interiors and rooms are charming, and the rooftop bar and restaurant have breathtaking views.

The rooftop views are stunning, and the rooms are elegant. Hotel Eden, Rome is a peaceful, luxurious place to stay, with excellent service and a great base for exploring the city. It also has a quiet, high-end atmosphere.

We had lunch at the rooftop restaurant when we arrived, and it was outstanding, though pricey as expected. The breakfast buffet there was wonderful too, with fresh fruit, cheese and charcuterie, bakery items, eggs, and plenty more. At the rooftop bar, drinks came with beautiful hors d’oeuvres, olives, and chips. The bartender made us the best cucumber martini! The service exceeded my expectations. Every person we met was pleasant, smiling, and treated us like valued guests. The concierge team was awesome and incredibly helpful. We travel a lot and care about good food and service, and this was far beyond what I expected. From our arrival, the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel was immaculate, and the spacious room was extremely clean. I’m a neat freak, and the cleaning ladies impressed me with their attention to detail. The room stayed tidy, towels were replaced, and everything was neatly folded and in its place. We travel with lots of outfit options, so the two full closets, drawers, and storage space were perfect. If you want five-star hotel service in Rome, look no further!

Hotel Eden is beautiful, and the service was superb. Mihaela showed us wonderful hospitality, and Francesco at breakfast made our stay so pleasant. He was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. An amazing stay, five stars all the way!
