The place was wonderful, safe, clean, and comfortable. There are three rooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a shared kitchen. The owner keeps breakfast snacks available in the kitchen, along with the usual hotel amenities. The location is convenient for the metro, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. You can walk to the center, and the Vatican is nearby. It gets a little noisy at night because the windows face the road. They charged me more tax than they should have, then stopped replying when I asked for a refund. That didn’t affect the accommodation itself, but it did affect my final impression.

Gianni welcomed us and explained everything. There were plenty of breakfast options, and the place was near supermarkets, the metro, and the Vatican. We were on the fifth floor, with a lift, though it only fit two people and might feel claustrophobic to some. It’s an apartment in a gated complex. Our room was fine, but the kitchen facilities were shared with the people in two neighboring rooms. We probably wouldn’t have booked if we’d known that. Still, we had a good stay and would use it again.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and answered all our questions with advice on food, shopping, and metro routes. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and it’s close to Cipro subway station on the red Line A. The Vatican Museums are a 5-10 minute walk away. The place was clean, with a good sweet breakfast, coffee, and a well-equipped kitchen with a kettle, Nespresso, microwave oven, fridge, and toaster. It also had air conditioning and cable TV. A nice place to stay in Rome.

The location is great, and it’s a beautiful place. I dropped off my keys at 11 pm, and he rushed over right away! The service deserves ten stars. Thanks! The food and room hygiene were excellent too.
