You can walk to the main sights easily from this well-placed B&B. The room we had was clean, fairly spacious, and looked recently renovated, though it felt more functional and stylish than cozy. Traffic noise was the big drawback: cars, trams, and buses were all easy to hear, so light sleepers should bring good earplugs. Breakfast is a simple Italian spread of croissants, coffee, cake, and white bread with jam. You put it together yourself from what’s provided.

The worst experience ever. DO NOT BOOK HERE! We booked two nights because the place was close to the train station. At 4 p.m., after check-in time had already started, they told us there would be no water “during the night.” That meant no water at all, not even for using the toilet. We were still on the train and due to arrive around 10 p.m., so we decided we couldn’t stay and asked them to find us a solution. They didn’t seem to care. We contacted the booking app, and were told the hotel wanted us to pay €100 to cancel. Their alternative was to use the hotel during the day and find somewhere else to sleep at night. What? They had no water and still expected us to pay a cancellation fee if we left. This is a SCAM! When I called, they didn’t want to speak English. They only agreed to cancel for free after I wrote that I’d make the situation public on my social media. Horrible. Find somewhere better to stay!

The room was cute and lovely, and I’d highly recommend it. It was very clean and beautifully renovated. The owner was helpful, and the information before we arrived was accurate. It was easy to get in touch with francy on WhatsApp. Staying here will brighten your days in eternal Rome :)

The place was clean and had air conditioning, with a shared kitchen and breakfast. The owners are really nice, too. It’s very close to the train station, and I’d stay here again.
