The location worked well for us, and both the room and staff were good. It was clean, and the staff were friendly. A few minor things could be better, but I had a great stay and would still recommend it.

The breakfast was enjoyable, with choices for both Italians and Americans. I stayed a few nights with a friend, and our room was clean. The staff were helpful, warm, and very friendly.

The room itself was modern, roomy, and clean. Breakfast was disappointing, though. We went well before it was due to end, but some food had already been taken away, the selection felt limited, and the staff weren’t especially friendly or helpful. A large group of Italian schoolchildren were also staying there. They ran and shouted in the corridor close to midnight, and hotel staff didn’t address it.

A good location or a nice room isn’t enough these days. The main problem here was the staff, who didn’t seem suited to welcoming guests. I wanted to share how negative my experience was.

The room was far too cold, and they said nothing could be done because their system wouldn’t work until November. The Wi-Fi was unreliable too. I wish I’d known before arriving. I would’ve preferred air conditioning so I could control the temperature myself. You also have to carry all your bags outside to your room.
