Giordano was kind, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. His clear instructions and local recommendations were great, and being able to leave our luggage after checkout helped us a lot. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well placed for exploring the area. We felt very welcome and cared for, and would definitely return. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The breakfast is self-service, so you make your own tea, coffee, and toast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. The flat is well located near the Vatican, and the Fiumicio airport bus shuttle stop is a 20-minute walk away.

Fabiola was kind, attentive, and always available when we needed something. The space was very clean and thoughtfully kept, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for visiting Rome, just steps from the Vatican and right above the metro station, which was incredibly convenient. We had a wonderful time, and we're sure other tourists will enjoy it just as much.

The kitchen is a real highlight, stocked with biscuits, snacks, yogurt, all kinds of milk, and a wide range of coffees. The rooms are impeccably clean, carefully maintained, and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fabiola manages the place with love and dedication. She’s exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and attentive, always available and happy to try to fulfill her guests’ wishes. I’ve stayed many times and will keep coming back. It’s practical and comfortable, and you really feel at home, maybe even better. Highly recommended if you want comfort and warm hospitality while experiencing Rome.
