The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well looked after. It's in the San Giovanni area, easy to reach by metro or on foot from Rome Termini station. Guests can also use the shared kitchen. Highly recommended.

There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, and the internet was good. The location worked well for us: about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum and 30 minutes to the train station. The room was cleaned daily, with sheets and towels changed every three days. Our only small complaint was breakfast. It isn't served at the hotel, but arranged at a cafe 300 meters away. At check-in we could choose Italian breakfast, coffee and pastries, or continental, but in practice only the Italian option was available. Apart from that, everything was great, and we recommend it.

A handy base for a few days exploring the capital. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It's a short walk from a metro station, and the neighborhood has plenty of places serving breakfast and dinner.

The room was clean and the staff were excellent. The weak point was breakfast, served at a bar about 300 meters outside the property. In my room, the sink was really small too.
