Franc was an amazing host, so kind and accommodating. He even knew which belt our luggage would come out on. That kind of help turned a good holiday into a fantastic one. The room was spacious and air-conditioned, and having a kettle was great since not everyone drinks coffee. The location is amazing, 100 m from piazza campo de Fiori, with its daily market and lots of restaurants. Rome's many attractions are easy to reach on foot.

We’ve booked our 6th stay in our home in Rome. Francesco is wonderful, always available and happy to help, and nothing seems like too much trouble. I honestly don't know when he sleeps! The rooms are bright, comfortable, well maintained, and have everything you might need. From this perfect central location, most of the must-see sights are easy to reach on foot. Campo de fiori is one square away, handy for picking up a fruit cup or smoothie as you head out.

We slept well and didn't hear noise, even though the accommodation is right in the center. Our room was large, with a small terrace looking onto the inner courtyard. Mr. Francesco was always ready to help with whatever guests needed. The location on Piazza Farnese is excellent, just steps from Campo de Fiori and close to many of Rome's most beautiful sights.

We were very happy with the veranda and the excellent hospitality in this historic place. Mr. Francesco, thank you for everything. The room had everything we needed, including a coffee maker, microwave, and air conditioning, and it was cleaned every day. The price felt very low for the service. It's very central, 250 meters from Piazza Navona, with lots of nice restaurants in the square where the hotel is located. There's also a lovely market on the side street on weekdays until noon, with affordable, good things.
