They let us check in early, which was a big help after landing. The staff provided top-notch service, and the suite was extremely spacious with lots of room to relax. The comfortable bed added to a great stay. Our time at the Palm suite was wonderful, and I’d absolutely recommend it for a quick stop in Rome. For anyone complaining about the touristy location, we all booked next to the Colosseum. We had no issues with it.

The room breakfast was fantastic and free for SLH members, and we were surprised with a bottle of French champagne. Palm Suite is right by the Colosseum and metro, making it a great option for a leisure trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and air conditioned, and the staff were friendly. I had two issues. The shower was incredibly small, and on most days there was a sewer smell coming up. Also, while the location is convenient for sights, the nearby restaurants are mostly tourist traps. A top-rated place favored by locals is a 20-30 minute walk away.

They decorated our room with rose petals, snacks, and champagne to celebrate our arrival, which was lovely. The location was everything: great views, a short walk from the Colosseum, and close to restaurants, bars, and cafés. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and felt welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived until we left. The fridges were always stocked, the TV had everything we needed, and the cleaning service was great. Truly our best stay. I’d highly recommend it!

We stayed in a Family Suite with two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. It was roomy and tastefully decorated, and we could see the Colosseum from our bedroom window. The mini kitchenette was a lifesaver for preparing snacks and heating food for the kids. Staff were professional and incredibly helpful. The location was excellent, less than a five-minute walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and metro. Highly recommend for families visiting Rome.
