Fleming Suites

The San Pietro room was neat, clean, a decent size, and had what we needed. The whole property uses electronic locks, and requests were usually dealt with quickly. When we arrived, though, the doorknob was broken and we couldn't lock the door from inside. Room cleaning seemed to mean a quick mop of the floor. Linens weren't changed unless we specifically asked, despite the stated daily cleaning. On one occasion the maid didn't come for the scheduled service, and the stated times, about 10:00 to 1:00 AM, weren't kept. The manager always replied promptly, but we didn't always feel a welcoming or kind attitude. The way they handled one particular issue seemed a bit rude.

We spent just one night in the room called “Pantheon.” It was bright and a good size, with subtle, elegant colors and excellent soundproofing. The bathrooms were extremely clean, which isn't always a given. We appreciated the small coffee machine. Entry was through a smartphone app, but the host was always available through dedicated messages.
