Getting in the first time was the only tricky part. We arrived a little early, and the caretaker is only on the premises during certain hours. Once we were inside, though, we had everything we needed. A pleasant place.

The lady was kind and helpful, and the room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed and a warm, welcoming feel. We could have breakfast in the comfort of our room, sitting at the table. It's very well located, close to Piazza Bologna metro station and Tiburtina station. I'll definitely come back.

The room was great, large and lovely, clean, and air-conditioned, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The location is quiet, safe, and handy for getting to the city center by public transport, with the metro nearby and Tiburtina Station just five minutes away. The breakfast room is spacious and has a youthful atmosphere. Marco, the owner, was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Marco and Edoardo were fantastic hosts, and the property was new and very clean. It's an excellent B&B for staying in Rome, especially with its location near Tiburtina Station and Piazza Bologna. Highly recommended. :)
