I ended up very satisfied with my stay at PAX HOTEL & FOURHEADS Private Suites. I had originally been booked at another hotel in the same group, but a technical issue sent me here instead. Azra was especially kind, attentive, and helpful through the whole process. The location made it easy to get around, and my room was clean, comfortable, and equipped for either a holiday or business stay. I also appreciated having kitchen items to heat up food. I had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend the place.

Asra greeted us with a big smile even though we arrived very late, and everyone was friendly and keen to help. We had one small issue with the room, but they sorted it out promptly and went well beyond what we expected. Nothing but praise!

We explored Rome entirely on foot thanks to the hotel's location within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was spotless, cleaned every day, and had two bottles of water added to the fridge daily. The staff were incredibly kind and quick to help whenever we had a request. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond by decorating the room in such a sweet, thoughtful way. The comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service made this a perfect choice. Our stay exceeded expectations.

I don't write many reviews, but I had some time on the way to Venice and wanted to leave one. The hotel is in the best location, within walking distance of the main hot spots. The rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are even better: free water every day, an expresso machine in the room, fridge, kettle, oven, and microwave if you need them. The reception is the best part, though. Christine is the best! She made us feel so welcome and helped us so much. It's a five star stay because of her. Thanks Rome!

They even set up the room for our anniversary, and kept the coffee and water topped up each day at no extra charge. The staff were lovely and easy to reach on WhatsApp; they did their best to help with whatever we asked. The Pantheon is only minutes away. For what it costs, the quality is among the best in Rome. Highly recommend.
