I was impressed after just one night, and I'd definitely stay here again on a future visit to Rome. It's a small, quiet guest house about a ten-minute walk from Vatican City, with several Italian restaurants nearby and a supermarket five minutes away. The owner is friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, its own fridge, and a smart TV with Netflix and other services. There's also a shared kitchen with free coffee, tea, utensils, and appliances. Breakfast is included at the cafe downstairs, using coupons from the owner. It's mostly self-service, more like a guest house than a hotel, but the owner runs it alone and still makes the beds, empties the room bins, and washes the kitchen dishes every day. I thought that was really sweet and thoughtful.

We had a spacious room that worked well for two adults and a teenager, and the host was super friendly. Some maintenance was happening in the building, but it didn't cause any problems. The restaurants nearby were very nice, and the place is close to the Vatican. Highly recommended.

Joshua was so attentive and answered our needs in real time. The service was more than five stars. Our spacious room was cleaned daily, with comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV that already had Netflix and other services installed. The B&B is in an old building, so don't let that put you off. It's only five minutes from Vatican City, which makes getting around really convenient. For Filipinos, Jollibee is a minute away, and Filipino restaurants are just a few minutes away. Great value for money.

Breakfast was plentiful, and the accommodation was clean, modern, and well equipped. It's close to the Vatican, and the host was attentive, flexible, and helpful throughout. We were very pleased with everything and strongly recommend it.
