We got to the apartment in the evening and it was freezing, about 15°C. The support chat was sporadic, and the issue was still there afterward. They said they'd called a technician, but two radiators remained broken even after that. This apartment was handled by a third-party company that couldn't manage even basic customer service. Things can go wrong, but their poor response was inexcusable.

There was no relaxing with construction work going on throughout the building, with noise and workers constantly coming and going. The sink was clogged and nobody fixed it while I was there. The apartment looked modern and clean in the pictures, but I was shocked by how dirty and neglected it was in person. The floor was sticky, the surfaces dusty, and it seemed not to have been properly cleaned in weeks. The photos set false expectations, and the condition was really disappointing. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. We're leaving this review so others don't arrive expecting something different.
