Gemelli Sweet Holiday

It’s a quiet building with an elevator, and the area is well served, with bars, grocery shops, markets, and supermarkets all within walking distance. Sanfilippo Neri and Roma Monte Mario hospital stops are nearby, and they make it easy to reach Valle Aurelia metro station, about half an hour from central Rome. It works well if you need to stay around Gemelli or want to visit the city center. The property is beautiful and new, with a big room, a very comfortable bed, and a roomy bathroom and shower with complimentary toiletries. It was impeccably clean and had loads of useful things: mosquito nets, a microwave, milk frother, water dispenser, coffee machine, washing machine, and dishwasher. Highly recommended!

The owner’s kindness and the apartment made a stressful hospital visit feel more pleasant. I was there from October 23rd to 27th because my father was admitted to San Filippo Neri Hospital, so this wasn’t a tourist trip. The place was quiet at night, and I slept comfortably. There are two large double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a small living room and shared kitchen. The apartment is new and comfortable, in a quiet building with an elevator. Shops for food and other supplies are close by, public transportation is a five-minute walk, and the hospital is nearby.

Daniela, who runs the property, is so thoughtful and kind, and really tries to make guests feel looked after. The location is convenient, around 10 minutes from Gemelli, with good connections and all sorts of shops nearby, so it works for different kinds of stays. The apartment is new, well kept, and spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen and bedrooms fitted out with the latest technology. It’s hard to find somewhere better in the area for the price and convenience. Highly recommended!

The host was genuinely kind, courteous, and helpful, and the value for money was the best I’ve found around here. You can get to central Rome in 10 minutes. The apartment is in the quiet Monte Mario neighborhood, so nights are peaceful. Everything was spotless, which matters most to me. It’s simple and tidy, fully equipped, and tastefully furnished, with a video-monitored common area and all sorts of things, all new. Within 50 meters there are places for everyday needs, including a great ice cream shop, a very traditional osteria, an old-fashioned shop, a mini market with a bit of everything and nothing, and the local market. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it. There’s a lot to like.
