We stayed for four nights in one of the newer buildings, which thankfully hasn’t been covered in graffiti yet. The apartment felt really cozy and spacious, especially the bedroom. The receptionist was cordial, took us to the apartment, and explained the usual things like the temperature controls. There’s a Carrefour about 300m away, and a tram and bus stop right by the gate. Behind the building there’s also a huge open parking area if you plan to rent a car. The downside is getting here. The tram is in absolute tatters, and it would be really difficult to get on or off with big suitcases. It’d be a pain with elderly people too. It comes every eight minutes or so and is fairly punctual, unlike the bus, which doesn’t seem to arrive on time. It’s a very good place to stay if you can manage the transport, but that’s why I gave it four stars instead of five.

There’s enough room in the apartment for a family with kids. It could use a few more kitchen items, maybe a microwave. The tram is nearby for getting to the city center.

The room was clean, but there was no air conditioning. The staff were friendly, though they couldn't offer much help or give useful advice. Not the best stay.
