Grand Gaeta

We felt safe in the neighborhood, even coming back to the hotel after midnight. It's near the city centre and easy to reach by public transport. The stay went very well, and if I return to Rome, I'll definitely stay here again.

Grand Gaeta was a great place to stay. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed, and the staff were kind, helpful, and quick with local tips. Check-in was smooth and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. It's only a few minutes' walk from Roma Termini, so exploring the city and getting to the airport was easy. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

With only three days to go before my stay, the provider cancelled my booking without consulting me. That left me dealing with a stressful and difficult situation, and they offered no help finding another place. They asked me to cancel the reservation myself instead of taking responsibility for cancelling it, which was inappropriate and could have caused more problems. This last-minute change caused practical trouble and needless stress. The lack of support, professionalism, and care was disappointing. I can't recommend this stay or trust this provider again.

We were in a good area with easy access to tourist attractions, and the staff were very welcoming. Abu was especially kind to us. The room was simple but extremely functional, with a comfortable bed, an electric kettle, and tea left out in case I wanted some. I felt very safe there. The air conditioning didn't work, but the weather was mild, so we didn't need it much. I'd stay again.
