Green Apartments

Andrea was kind, helpful and always available if we had questions. The apartment was spotless, with a pleasant courtyard shared with the other three apartments. It's in a great spot about 500 meters from the Colosseum, and all the sights are within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Francesco met us and made us feel welcome from the start. We spent three days here and loved both the apartment and its location. Excellent accommodation, and we couldn't have felt more at home. Highly recommend.

We own Barkwells and work in hospitality ourselves, so we pay close attention to how guests are treated. Maria and Andrea went above and beyond. Before we arrived, Maria communicated really well, then met our cab outside and helped us settle in. The apartment was much larger than we expected, very clean and well stocked. We also loved the second-floor courtyard, with its tables, chairs and Lime Trees. Maria spent time getting us oriented, pointing out must-see sights, explaining the metro and sharing her favorite restaurants. Her suggestions were all big hits. The location is just down the street from the Collesium, and an easy walk from two different metro stations. Maria and Andrea were available throughout our stay whenever we had questions. It felt like having family in an unfamiliar place. When our trip was ending, Andrea arranged a car to get us to the airport. The driver arrived early, was helpful, and got us there on time in a luxury van. We couldn't have asked for more. The experience was so good that we're updating some of our own check-in procedures to make our guests feel as welcome as Maria and Andrea made us feel. Thanks again, we'd highly recommend staying with them.

Andrea and Maria were amazing, accommodating hosts. They put together an itinerary for Rome, gave us a map and walked us through the city for tourists. The apartment is very central to lots of great places and very close to public transport. Highly recommend it.
