A duvet and an extra pillow were already in the room, which I appreciated. It was clean and comfortable, with breakfast included and a special deal at a bar just down the street. There's also a bar only a few meters away, and the location is good. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the slightly worn, damaged walls, which could do with repainting. Still, it was a pleasant stay and I'd recommend it.

The location works well if you're visiting the EUR or Trigoria area, especially for work, since it's near Laurentina, the end of Metro B. It's not so suitable for a Rome sightseeing trip. I stayed in a single room with a private bathroom in an apartment, perhaps two connected apartments. The fixtures were very light, so street noise and voices came straight through. The electric shutters made so much noise I thought they might break at any moment. Everything was handled remotely on WhatsApp, including the door codes, and check-in and checkout were very well organized. The service was kind and helpful. Breakfast was a voucher for one cappuccino or similar and one croissant at the cafe downstairs, which felt a bit cheap.

The room was lovely, smelled great and had all the comforts, even a smart TV. You're right in the heart of the EUR district and just a few steps from the metro. Check-in and checkout were easy to follow, with clear instructions sent straight to you. I'd absolutely recommend it!

The owner was exceptionally kind and ready to help with whatever we needed. Our room was welcoming, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort. The location was excellent too. I'd recommend it to anyone.
