The guest house is close to the metro and tram, and you could feel the ground shake whenever they went past. The neighborhood felt scary, which added to a really unpleasant stay. Our bathroom and towels were dirty, and during all four nights the hostess never cleaned the room. She also didn't give us breakfast, even though it was included in the price. She didn't speak English.

I've traveled a lot, and this was easily the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. I told them when I would arrive after reserving, but at one in the morning I was left outside for an hour in that neighborhood. The woman I spoke with couldn't speak English, so I had to manage with my basic Italian. She seemed annoyed that I was late. Then I checked my credit-card balance and saw an extra 25€ charge. I have no idea why, and no one replied when I asked. Worst hostel ever!

The room was clean and tidy, and the host was really nice. It's in a great spot near the metro station. The wifi didn't work, though, and hot water took a really long time to come through. Still, I'd recommend it for a short stay in Rome :)

I've never seen bigger thieves in my life. They're rude and dishonest. Don't get caught in the trap of booking a room here, and don't even think of going near them. I did, and now I regret it. Be careful. I'm planning to sue them over the money they stole from me. Burglars!

If you've booked already, cancel as soon as you can and look for somewhere else around Termini station. You'll be better off.
