One of our worst experiences. We were left outside the house with no one helping us get in. The instructions were so confusing, like an escape room, and when we tried calling someone, they told us to email instead. The quilt was dirty. I'll never stay in this room again.

We didn't enjoy the stay. We booked two bedrooms but only got one because the other was blocked. The dining area lights didn't work, the toilet seat cover was loose, and the wardrobe door dragged on the floor and made noise.

Our airline moved our original flight to a later time at night, but this hotel doesn't allow late check-in and wouldn't refund us. The room had no air conditioning, and was 5 degrees warmer than outside. They also didn't leave us enough toilet paper. They aren't reliable, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The place itself is fantastic, and the room and location were both good. What brought my rating down to three stars was the phone-only check-in. When you're sightseeing in Rome, you don't want to keep worrying about your battery just to get back inside. You want to enjoy your trip. The kitchen is spotless and has what you need, but the induction stove won't work with the cookware provided, so you can't actually cook. Replacing the pans seems simple enough. Changing the check-in system might be harder. Aside from those issues, I had a great stay.
