There was quite a bit of noise from the entrance hall, especially in the morning and when people were arriving. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, though it’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. The rooms matched the photos, clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed. Staff were welcoming and gave us useful tips for getting around. We also found taxi vouchers at reception, which make rides significantly cheaper than regular taxis. We had a great stay at H10 Roma Città and would happily return or recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

The maintenance staff took the bidet off the wall to get my earring out after I dropped it in. Everyone went above and beyond. Marc the bartender was fun to talk with, and Hera at the front desk was friendly and professional. We were celebrating our 33rd and got a small bottle of bubbly, and the hotel also welcomed us with a complimentary drink. It was such a nice treat after traveling. Google Maps walking directions to the bus stop take you down a short trail to the main road. We used it in the daytime and at night without any issues.

The taxi vouchers from reception cost €12 each way into central Rome and saved us hassle with drivers trying to negotiate a fare before we even got in. There’s a set drop-off and pick-up point, both central and easy to reach. The drop-off is at Musei Capitolini, and pick-up is at Pompey Theatre, a 5-minute walk from the Pantheon. The hotel has a good relationship with one of the main taxi firms. It’s very underrated. We knew Roma Citta was a little outside the city centre, which suited us. Trastevere station is a 15-minute walk away, on the main line between Civitavecchia and Rome Termini, and the hotel is a 6-minute drive from the station. Check-in was easy, and our double room was fantastic and clean. The downstairs bar is spacious and pleasant, with friendly, accommodating staff. We had tasty bar snacks in generous portions, a nice way to unwind after a busy day. There are lovely restaurants nearby, too. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, and I couldn’t fault it.

Taxi vouchers were lifesavers, and Trastevere is close by, so you can get into the centre of Rome quickly. The rooms were consistently clean, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, and it was definitely worth what we paid. Highly recommend it!

Breakfast was really good, and the hotel was clean with excellent service. The pool wasn’t open during our stay, which was the only downside. The city centre is about a 10-minute taxi ride away, and you can get a €12 taxi voucher for the centre from the front desk.
