HI Spagna apartment Rome

The location was a real plus, about 200 meters from Plaza de España and 350 meters from the Trevi Fountain. The apartment itself was small, old and damp, and the photos bore little resemblance to what we found. The toilet had been leaking continuously and made a tremendous noise from the day we arrived, so none of us could sleep properly during any of our four nights. The owner offered pleasant-sounding excuses but did nothing, never even came by, and gave us no help. Utterly irresponsible.

The owner kept paying attention to what we needed, and the beds were a real comfort, both in the bedroom and on the living room sofa bed. The apartment is lovely and ideally located, and worked well for our family. I’d highly recommend it.

The location is the main advantage, and at least the apartment has air conditioning. Otherwise, the conditions were just average.
