We've stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels, and this is the first time we've been treated this way. It was a disappointing experience. On the night of May 25, Stefano was working the night shift. When we came in and stood at reception, he was in the back office watching something loudly. He didn't come to the desk right away, and asked from the back what we needed. We politely asked for a vanity kit. He asked what it was, then said we'd have to pay for one. When we asked for extra water, he abruptly asked if we were Hilton members. After we said yes, he rudely asked what level of membership we had, then told us water would cost extra too. It felt like guests who aren't members get treated badly here. At the other Hilton hotels we've visited, we've received water and other amenities without being judged. I work in the same industry and know Hilton standards. I wouldn't return. It's a disgrace. I do want to thank the reception ladies who helped us at check-in, and especially those at check-out, who gave us a late checkout.

Alessia deserves a special mention for being so kind and helpful. Her exceptional service made our stay even nicer, and the hotel's customer service was friendly and professional throughout. I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Gardenn Inn Rome Claridge. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a particularly comfortable bed that let me sleep very well. I also loved having a private balcony, which gave me extra space and made the room more pleasant. I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

The breakfast restaurant staff made a special impression on us, especially Martin. He was kind and professional, and his attention made our mornings more enjoyable and got each day off to a great start. We had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton. Everything was comfortable and well organized. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel itself was fine. Getting to the city center takes about twenty minutes by taxi. If you take one, look out the side window at the great architecture instead of watching the road. The driving is crazy.

We were really pleased with the location, especially being close to great cafes and public transportation. Our clean room felt cozy, and the balcony with its little table and chairs was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating.
