We stayed at HOA rooms for three nights with friends, and everything was just right. There were three of us in a superior queen room, which was comfortable, clean, and quiet. It even had a washing machine in the bathroom. The staff member was friendly and kind, and helped us a lot with directions and suggestions for local food, including some good restaurants and bars. There’s a metro stop about a two-minute walk from the apartment, and it takes around 15 minutes by metro to reach the old city center. It’s a very comfortable place to stay in Rome, and we’ll definitely come back.

HOA’s location is excellent, easy to reach from the airport and just minutes from the main sites by Metro. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We had a brilliant stay, and our host Anna Maria was friendly and happy to help throughout, with some great recommendations for places to eat.

Annamaria was so kind and helpful. She made breakfast each day and gave me lots of suggestions for exploring Rome. If you run into a problem, you can ask her. The room was spacious, clean just like the picture, and beautiful, with a modern bathroom. HOA Guest House is a perfect choice for a stay.

A lovely guest house with nice rooms, a kind hostess, and a good location. It added to our already great stay in Rome.

Annamaria is a fantastic host, and there’s private parking. The location also makes it easy to get around Rome by Metro.
