There was a foul-smelling puddle in the hallway, and our room's floor was dirty. The room was very small despite being arranged for four people. We also couldn't choose our breakfast, and the café staff where it was served were rude and impatient. Finding the hotel was difficult too, since it's in a courtyard without signs, in a shabby area near Termini station.

We could step out onto the rooftop, which had a lovely atmosphere, and there was a little stove in the room for making an evening meal. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The room was better than what we're used to, and the location made it easy to walk to sights and public transport. A shop beside Termini had things at very friendly prices. Max was especially kind to us, and we want to thank him.

Everything was close by, and the price was good. The hotel manager was quite polite, too.
